Name of the centre
The House of Literature. At Lefkes, Paros
Staff
Management Director: Hélène Zervas
History
European Translation Centre - Literature and Human Sciences (EKEMEL) cooperated with the Municipality of Paros in 2003 for a series of translation workshops on literature. The success of these courses made us decide to establish a permanent centre for writers and translators. The Mayor of Paros agreed enthusiastically. Thus the House of Literature was inaugurated in 2004, at Lefkes village.
Mission
The House of Literature accepts as guests writers and translators from all over the world.
